Maria PastoraRosario Hensley, better known as Baby Nose, is an American cheerleader, YouTube star, actress and autism rights advocate. She is best known for her extreme stunts, booming voice and combining metal and punk with cheerleading. Her notable skills include the forward roll (also known as the Baby Nose roll). Despite her condition, she continues to inspire many children across the Texas Panhandle.
--Early Life--
Baby Nose was born and raised in Borger, TX on September 13, 2006. At the age of 2, she was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Her psychiatrists said she would need to be in a mental institution by the age of 12, in which her father feuded with them over. Because was nonverbal at the time of her diagnosis, her father taught her to speak using music. In elementary school, her feet were turning inwards and she was unable to walk straight. She received foot braces and physical therapy at the time.
At the age of 13, she had to get one of her molar teeth removed by surgery in Amarillo due to severe decay.
In high school, she was extremely active in the choir. She has competed in many choir competitions in high school and won many awards for it. In 2024, it was announced she has thalassemia.
-- Career--
Baby Nose's cheerleading career had an amazing start when she attended a mini cheer camp in the 6th grade. The first time she cheered at a pep rally was when Borger Intermediate School held a pep rally to recognize good citizens, which she got the "cool kid" award.

In 2022 was when she was really starting, at pep rallies and games at Borger High School. Baby Nose is a favorite among young children across the Texas Panhandle area. They love to interact, cheer and take pictures with her.
Baby Nose has cheered at over 100 pep rallies and games at Borger High School.
In November 2023, it was announced and confirmed by Baby Nose on her Facebook that she may try out for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders team by 2028. On December 1, 2023, Baby Nose attended a dance performance on Main Street in her hometown, Borger, Texas. However, she says she suffered from hypothermia after the performance.
Her Facebook post stated "I'm unable to cheer at the Christmas parade... I'm sick 🥶🥶🥶🥶 It was deathly cold (no I'm not exaggerating) out there when I was dancing with the West Texas Movement kids.....Stay warm, babes!! 💓"
The post went on to confirm she was supposed to have a cheerleading performance after the number with her dance team, but canceled it due to her having hypothermia.
In January 2024, she started cheering at Borger Bulldogs basketball games.
-- Hodgetown Incident--
On June 14, 2023, Baby Nose was attending an Amarillo Sod Poodles baseball game at the Hodgetown Ball Park in downtown Amarillo, TX. Baby Nose reportedly tried to avoid the foul ball by ducking down. A foul ball traveling at aprox. 125 mph struck the cheerleader in the back. Baby Nose was admitted to the Hodgetown Medical Unit with a serious injury to the back and was treated and released at the scene. Baby Nose then eventually kept the baseball that hit her.
